i don’t have a ship in Homestuck, or any other fandom. i personally feel it distracts from the point of the story. i immerse myself in a story to find morals, lessons, and how it can apply to my life. say the focal point of a tale is a relationship going sour, and there is a lesson to be learned in them dealing and overcoming their feelings; why would i spend my time “shipping” them when them being together is against the point of the current timeline? i have nothing against shipping, or people that do it, i just find it a useless endeavor.
